Off The Grid Green Building

This off-grid project embraced green building principles, creating a self-sustaining residence designed for minimal environmental impact. The design featured a north-facing open courtyard for natural light and passive heating, rainwater harvesting systems for water preservation, on-site solar panels for energy independence, and a dedicated sewage treatment solution. My role involved translating the client's vision into precise construction drawings, adhering closely to their brief while integrating sustainable building practices. I also managed the approval process, securing building plan approvals from the local authority to ensure compliance with all regulations. The result is an eco-friendly home that blends innovation with responsible living.
